1. Agreement

These terms apply to the CarScreen app and this website, published by Mobyte (“we”, “us”). By using CarScreen you agree to them and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent allowed.

2. What CarScreen does

CarScreen plays media from sources you add, such as M3U playlists, playlist files and Xtream Codes accounts; plays looping ambience scenes; and mirrors your iPhone screen to a display. CarScreen does not provide, sell or host TV channels or other broadcasts.

3. Your content and responsibility

• Only add and play content you have the right to access. You’re responsible for the playlists, links and accounts you use, and for complying with the terms of your providers and the law.
• Ready-made lists, where offered, link to streams that third parties make publicly available. We don’t control those streams and may change or remove the lists at any time.
• Ambience scenes come from Pixabay and are used under the Pixabay Content License.

4. Driving safety

Never watch video or use the screen in a way that distracts you while driving. On CarPlay, video on the car’s display is only available when the car is parked; while driving, CarScreen plays sound only. Follow local laws and pay attention to the road at all times. You use CarScreen in a vehicle at your own risk.

5. CarScreen Pro

• CarScreen is free to download. Some features, such as unlimited viewing time, more than one playlist and screen mirroring, need CarScreen Pro, offered as auto-renewing subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone’s Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can restore purchases in the app with the same Apple ID.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use CarScreen to break the law or anyone’s rights, and don’t try to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app or the services it connects to.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep CarScreen reliable, but third-party streams, guides and services can change or stop without notice. We may update, change or discontinue features of the app.

8. Disclaimer and liability

CarScreen is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, for content from third-party sources, or for damages arising from use in a vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date; continuing to use CarScreen after that means you accept them.
