Adding channels
Tap the playlist name at the top of Live TV, then Add Playlist. Paste an M3U link, pick a playlist file, or sign in with the Xtream Codes details from your TV provider. CarScreen doesn’t provide channels; if a channel won’t play, check it with your provider.
Using CarPlay
Connect your iPhone to the car and open CarScreen on the car’s display. Pick a channel or scene to play it; the buttons on your steering wheel skip to the next or previous one. Video on the car’s display is available while parked; while driving, CarScreen plays sound only. If CarScreen doesn’t appear, check that CarPlay is allowed in Settings › General › CarPlay › your car.
Downloading scenes
In Ambience, tap the download button on a scene. Downloaded scenes play without an internet connection. You can remove downloads from the same place.
Subscriptions
- Restore: in Live TV, open the ••• menu, tap Get CarScreen Pro, then Restore Purchases at the bottom. Use the Apple ID you bought with.
- Cancel or change: iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › CarScreen.
- Refunds: request them from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your playlists and settings stay on your iPhone; deleting the app removes them. To delete your purchase records, email us. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
